Dino Seats include a VIP Seat to the show and a pre-show Meet & Greet Photo Opportunity with Barney! Dino Seat orders will include a special admittance ticket for entry into the Meet & Greet. You will receive the special admittance ticket with the rest of your show tickets. All Meet & Greets start one hour prior to the performance. Please meet at the Dino Seats sign by the main merchandise stand in the lobby. Latecomers may miss the opportunity. Please bring your own camera.
Barney’s Birthday Bash! provides a unique musical opportunity for you and your child. As a child's first theatrical performance, it marks the beginning of a lifelong journey of enjoying and learning through live performance. Here are a few things to remember as you plan your visit.
- Most children are familiar with entertainment that happens on television and computer monitors. Explain that this will be different, because the show will be happening live in front of them. It doesn't stop if you leave the room, but there will be a break in the middle.
- Have fun! Sing along, dance, clap, and join in the audience participation elements. But, be safe as well as considerate to those around you. Please don't allow your child to stand on chairs or put your child on your shoulders.
- Talk about the show afterwards. Which character was your child's favorite? Do you remember some of the songs? Did you learn any new words? Reinforce the show's educational and value lessons.
Barney’s Birthday Bash! is a 70 minute concert (including one 15 minute intermission) featuring a dynamic soundtrack, choreography, and dazzling lights and special effects.
The auditorium usually opens 30-60 minutes prior to the performance. You can confirm this with the local venue where you are seeing the show. Be sure allow ample time for traffic, parking delays, and entrance to the venue. Once you arrive, you may want to take your child to the restroom and get any refreshments in order to be seated and ready by show time.
Yes, we wouldn’t want you to miss the opportunity to capture this special moment in a child's life! However, professional photography and videotaping are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from VEE Corporation. if your camera gear appears professional, you may be asked to take it out of the performance space.
Yes, we offer Barney’s Birthday Bash! souvenirs for sale in our concession stands. Products range from Barney-branded character plush to twirly lights to special program books that children enjoy as a remembrance long after the show is over. Souvenir prices range from $5 to $25.
The specific appropriate age range for children is 1-3, but older siblings will enjoy the show too. In fact, it’s great to share the experience with the entire family. We witness children with their parents and grandparents, all coming together at our productions.
All children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket. Please check with your local venue to see if children under the age of one require any special ticketing requirements.
In order to receive presale passwords you must be registered as a Favorite Friend. To sign up, please click here and enter your information. Once you have completed the double opt-in process by clicking on the confirmation email you will promptly receive a message containing a password that you can use to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the public.
Show vouchers are redeemed exclusively at the venue box office. A maximum of 10 vouchers may be redeemed at one time. Please contact your local venue for box office hours.
